  • 2 years of restaurant experience
  • Strong leadership abilities with a focus on team development and motivation
  • Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor
  • Knowledge of food production processes and standards
  • Experience in staff training and development programs
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members
