About The Position

The Front-of-House Manager at Chick-fil-A is a key leadership role responsible for ensuring exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced restaurant environment. This position involves leading a team, delivering outstanding service, and maintaining a positive atmosphere while managing daily operations effectively.

Requirements

• Casual dining restaurant experience with a proven track record in leadership and facilities management.
• Prior experience as a manager, supervisor, crew lead, shift lead, assistant manager, kitchen manager, or FOH manager.
• Personable and passionate with a servant spirit and strong sense of stewardship.
• Ability to make great eye contact and confidently interact with people.
• Calm under pressure and a hard-working team player.
• Self-starter, creative, and flexible with the ability to multi-task.
• Mature, dependable, and results-oriented with unquestionable integrity.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs multiple times per shift.
• Willingness to work outside year-round assisting drive-through.

Responsibilities

• Deliver legendary customer service by engaging with each customer and acting with a customer-first attitude.
• Discover and respond to customer needs while promoting the culture, values, and mission of Chick-fil-A.
• Set and lead by example in fostering a positive team culture and environment.
• Maintain a calm demeanor during high-volume periods and set a positive example for the shift team.
• Anticipate customer and store needs by evaluating the environment and customer cues.
• Communicate directly with Operations Directors and Owner-Operators regarding store operations and customer service.
• Train and onboard new team members.
