Responsibilities

• Train team members by providing feedback and modeling tasks to improve performance.
• Conduct pre-shift meetings to inform staff about specials and events.
• Monitor food, beverage, and labor costs to support restaurant goals.
• Approve guest meal comps and discounts to maintain guest satisfaction and financial records.
• Conduct walkthroughs to ensure operational standards are met.
• Ensure sanitation procedures are followed and the restaurant is organized.
• Cash-out servers and check their workstations for cleanliness and completion.
• Conduct cash audits to verify accurate financial records.
• Track menu item sales and manage invoices for accurate financial documentation.
• Cultivate a positive image of the restaurant in the community.
