About The Position

Ingo’s Tasty Food in North Scottsdale and looking for awesome people to join us! Ingo’s Tasty Food is located off Scottsdale Road and Mayo Blvd right next to our sister concept, Buck & Rider! As the third Ingo’s location ITF we offer guests all day menu including: coffee, full breakfast, pastries, lunch, cocktails and dinner favorites. Hiring Front of House Leaders with terrific attitudes, experience that work professionally in a team-centric environment! Looking for team players with day and/or night and weekend availability. Front of house Leaders should have guest service experience, comfortable within a high energy environment and have the ability to maintain professionalism and be level headed during peak hours and high-pressure situations. Day in the Life: · Provide friendly, quality hospitality to each guest · Anticipating and reacting to guest needs · Consistently and accurately using cleanliness lists and station checklists, demonstrate a complete understanding of the menu · Develop positive working relations with all restaurant team members and work as part of a team to reach a common goal · Adapt to changing customer volume levels with a sense of urgency · Be open to cross-training in different areas throughout the restaurant · Maintaining proper food & alcohol handling, safety, and sanitation standards
