Front of House Lead | City Brew Hall, Wahpeton, ND
About The Position
City Brew Hall is hiring an additional Front-of-House Lead to strengthen weekend service, support our team during busy shifts, and help maintain a great guest experience. This role is ideal for someone with hospitality experience who enjoys leading on the floor, stepping in where needed, and keeping things running smoothly during high-volume shifts. This position adds depth to our FOH leadership team and helps ensure weekends are well-supported without overloading one manager. This position could be part time, if only working FOH lead position or combined with serving + bartending for more hours.
Requirements
- Experienced in hospitality, serving, or bartending
- Comfortable taking a leadership role on the floor
- Friendly, confident, and guest-focused
- Reliable and steady during busy shifts
- Able to make good judgment calls without constant direction
- Team-oriented and supportive of existing systems
Responsibilities
- Act as a FOH lead during weekend shifts
- Support smooth service flow and guest experience
- Step in to bartend or serve as needed
- Handle guest questions or issues confidently and professionally
- Support opens, closes, and shift transitions
- Work closely with the FOH Manager and Bar Manager to execute established systems
- Help maintain a calm, organized, and welcoming environment during busy periods
