Our Front of House Lead plays a key role in bringing the Spinato’s Experience to life by supporting the team, maintaining service standards, and ensuring every guest feels welcomed and cared for. The Front of House Lead is a hands-on leader who sets the tone during each shift. This role supports the Manager on Duty by guiding the FOH team, reinforcing expectations, and helping operations run smoothly during service. Requirements

  • Previous FOH or hospitality leadership experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to stay calm, organized, and solution-focused in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent guest service mindset with attention to detail.
  • Ability to lead, coach, and support a diverse team.
  • Current Food Handler Certification (required).
  • AZ Alcohol Certification (required or ability to obtain).

Nice To Haves

  • Previous FOH or hospitality leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead by example to deliver exceptional guest service at all times.
  • Support the Manager on Duty with shift execution and team communication.
  • Assist with coordinating FOH positions including hosts, bussers, cashiers, servers, and bartenders.
  • Ensure proper table flow, wait list management, and accurate wait times.
  • Help train, coach, and support FOH team members during shifts.
  • Step in to assist during high-volume periods and bottlenecks.
  • Address guest concerns promptly and professionally, escalating when needed.
  • Ensure cleanliness, organization, and readiness of all FOH areas.
  • Reinforce Spinato’s policies, procedures, and service standards.
  • Promote a positive, respectful, and team-focused work environment.
