About The Position
We are hiring immediately for a full time FRONT OF HOUSE LEAD SUPERVISOR position. Location: FedEx World Hub - 3131 Democrat Boulevard, Memphis, Tennessee 38118. Note: online applications accepted only. Schedule: Full time; Monday through Friday, 7:00 pm to 3:00 am. More details upon interview. Requirements
- Prior supervisor or management experience in a high-volume setting is preferred.
- Willing to train!
- Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds.
Responsibilities
- Performs inventory management to maintain high valuation and minimal waste.
- Ensures that staff is on task, quality assurance standards are being met, and the operation is clean and organized.
- Monitors marketing, confirming that signage is current and appropriate.
- Upholds policies and procedures to guarantee compliance with company and client expectations.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
