About The Position

We are hiring immediately for a full time FRONT OF HOUSE LEAD SUPERVISOR position. Location: Ochsner Medical Center Kenner - 180 West Esplanade Avenue, Kenner, LA 70065. Note: online applications accepted only. Schedule: Full time schedule. Monday through Friday, hours may vary; mornings are included. More details upon interview. Requirement: 1 to 3 years of previous food service experience in a healthcare, retail, or cafeteria setting is preferred. Pay Range: $16.00 per hour to $18.00 per hour. Responsibilities

Performs inventory management to maintain high valuation and minimal waste.
Ensures that staff is on task, quality assurance standards are being met, and the operation is clean and organized.
Monitors marketing, confirming that signage is current and appropriate.
Upholds policies and procedures to guarantee compliance with company and client expectations.
Performs other duties as assigned.
