About The Position

ESFM has an opening for a part-time Front of House Lead Supervisor position located at GM - 6060 W Bristol Rd, Flint, MI 48554. This role involves monitoring the food service operation to ensure the production of top-quality products and service. The schedule is part-time, from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm, with varying days. The position requires at least one year of previous related experience, and the fixed pay rate is $28.00 per hour. Requirements

• At least one year of previous related experience is preferred.
• Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Monitors the food service operation to ensure production of top quality products and service.
• Performs inventory management to maintain high valuation and minimal waste.
• Ensures that staff is on task, quality assurance standards are being met, and the operation is clean and organized.
• Monitors marketing, confirming that signage is current and appropriate.
• Upholds policies and procedures to guarantee compliance with company and client expectations.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
