About The Position

We are hiring immediately for a full time FRONT OF HOUSE LEAD SUPERVISOR position at Fresh Ideas Management, located at Emporia State University. This role involves monitoring the food service operation to ensure the production of top quality products and service. The position requires previous food service and supervisory experience. The schedule is full time with open availability preferred, and days and hours may vary. Pay ranges from $16.00 to $18.00 per hour.

Requirements

• Previous food service and supervisory experience required.
• Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Monitors the food service operation to ensure production of top quality products and service.
• Performs inventory management to maintain high valuation and minimal waste.
• Ensures that staff is on task, quality assurance standards are being met, and the operation is clean and organized.
• Monitors marketing, confirming that signage is current and appropriate.
• Upholds policies and procedures to guarantee compliance with company and client expectations.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
