About The Position

Nexus Brewery is seeking a confident, guest-focused Floor Manager to lead shifts, support our FOH team, and create exceptional dining experiences.

Requirements

• 2+ years of restaurant or hospitality leadership
• Experience with POS systems, cash handling, and shift management
• Strong presence and people-first mindset
• 21+ with or able to obtain alcohol server certification

Responsibilities

• Guide shift flow and keep service running smoothly
• Coach and support FOH team performance
• Handle cashouts, reconcile deposits, and close out accurately
• Resolve guest issues with grace and empathy
• Communicate effectively between FOH, BOH, and leadership
