• Meticulously assemble and package orders for prompt guest service.
• Demonstrate proficiency in the restaurant menu, including limited-time offers and promotions, and address guest inquiries.
• Maintain a clean and well-organized workstation.
• Thoroughly clean equipment and guest areas.
• Manage inventory for items such as cups and lids at the workstation.
• Skillfully take orders using Counter POS and handle payments efficiently.
• Consistently adhere to speed-of-service standards.
• Interact courteously and effectively with guests.
• Foster a guest-focused culture in the restaurant.
• Communicate clearly and efficiently with managers and team members.
• Organize and maintain stock rooms and refrigerated areas.
