About The Position
The City of Rockville, Maryland (City) is seeking friendly, dependable individuals to work part-time, unbenefited as Front of House (Box Office Associate and House Manager) at the F. Scott Fitzgerald Theatre & Social Hall. This position manages all ticket sales through the box office, ensures contractual agreements are met, supervises the venue, vendors, and patrons at a variety of events, and provides exceptional customer service. Applicants must be comfortable working different types of events and with diverse groups of people. The work is year-round with a four week break in late December and early January annually. All scheduled positions will be based on the staffing needs of that particular event.
