Requirements
- Reliability is essential. This is non-negotiable. Your team counts on you to show up on time and ready
- Must be reliable with early hours.
- A strong work ethic and willingness to hustle when it gets busy
- Must be coachable—you’re open to feedback and quick to apply it
- A positive, team-first attitude
- Ownership—you take responsibility for your role and your growth
- Must be 16+ to work in the kitchen
- Comfortable in a physically active, fast-moving environment
Responsibilities
- Front of House (FOH): You create the experience.
- Welcome every customer with energy and attention
- Take and fulfill orders accurately and efficiently
- Keep the space clean, organized, and inviting
- Work closely with your team to keep everything running smoothly
- Back of House (BOH): You bring the product to life.
- Prepare smoothies, bowls, and juices with precision and consistency
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and food safety
- Stay organized and proactive with prep and inventory
- Move efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
