Welcome hundreds of thousands of annual visitors to the Music Hall each year and help ensure their safety, comfort, convenience, and security. Front of House Associates provide general seating and wayfinding assistance to patrons attending ticketed and other major events in the 100-year-old Music Hall at Fair Park. These friendly, outgoing and energetic hosts are cross trained in health, safety, and security procedures in addition to their core customer service responsibilities and may occasionally take direction from or work alongside security personnel. This role’s primary goal is to ensure every event attendee feels welcomed and has a comfortable, safe, and fun experience in the Music Hall—whether in their seat, dining or having a drink/snack in the lobby, or simply exploring public areas of the historic civic building which is exclusively operated by Broadway Dallas. Broadway Dallas is one of the region’s largest nonprofit arts organizations, presenting touring Broadway at the Music Hall at Fair Park, including approximately 15 eight-performance weeks, as well as concerts, comedy, dance, and dozens of other special events throughout the year. This position requires regular on-site work in and around the Music Hall at Fair Park. Familiarity with Fair Park and its surrounding neighborhoods is strongly preferred.
