Perform the daily operations of plants to ensure reliability and consistency on the production line. Includes Service Shops. Impacts departmental operations and responsible for planning/execution. The role has some autonomy but is focused on execution of activities within an operating discipline covered by standard functional practices and procedures. Some judgment may be required but this is typically with guidance. We have experienced teams working in plasma, frame and wire spraying, polyurethane and sermetel painting as well as heat treating, brazing, and TIG welding operations. In addition to comprehensive internal engine repair/overhaul, we also operate a world- class evaluation and testing facility that’s FEDEC capable. Role Overview: As a Manufacturing Supervisor, you will oversee and manage front-line manufacturing employees, typically managing hourly employee populations. This position is remote/on−site/hybrid and involves developing in-depth knowledge of a technical discipline, using prior experience and acquired technical expertise to execute policy and strategy. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university / college and a minimum of 3 years of experience in Manufacturing & some Production Supervision OR a high school diploma / GED with a minimum 7 years of experience in Manufacturing & some Production Supervision
• This role requires access to U.S. export-controlled information. Therefore, employment will be contingent upon the ability to prove that you meet the status of a U.S. Person as one of the following: U.S. lawful permanent resident, U.S. Citizen, have been granted asylee or refugee status (i.e., a protected individual under the Immigration and Naturalization Act, 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3)).
