Requirements

• BS or BA Degree
• 4 years of experience in a manufacturing environment

Responsibilities

• Work with direct manager to identify change opportunities and manage them to positive outcomes.
• Lead shift team in meeting organizational expectations.
• Manage and guide a team of operators to improve quality and increase productivity.
• Communicate daily with line personnel while maintaining a constant line presence.
• Maintain a safe work environment with 100% training and compliance.
• Coordinate activities related to shift starts and changes.
• Track, trend & report on established KPIs.
• Participate in team and department projects and execute assigned actions.
• Follow escalation reporting process for decision making.
