Front Line Crew Members are the face and hands of Illegal Pete's, interacting with guests daily and creating the food and welcoming environment the company is known for. They are responsible for excellent customer service, food quality, cleanliness, and speed, working in various stations such as hot line, cold line, bartender, and cashier. Requirements

Create an atmosphere that celebrates individuality and relaxed human connection
Deliver excellent guest service
Communicate effectively with guests and team members
Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality
Ability to work in a standing position for long periods of time
Ability to reach, bend, stoop and lift up to 50 pounds
Certain other physical requirements may apply, as reasonably applicable in a standard kitchen/restaurant environment
