About The Position

We are looking for a dependable and customer-focused Front of House Team Member to join our retail team. This role is responsible for creating a welcoming environment for customers, assisting with purchases, maintaining store appearance, and ensuring a positive shopping experience from the moment guests walk in the door.

Requirements

• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Dependable with a strong work ethic
• Comfortable standing for extended periods.
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and provide friendly, professional service
• Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked sales floor
• Help keeping display bins clean and assist with restocking inventory (as needed)
• Follow company policies and procedures regarding sales, returns, and customer service
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet store goals
• Address customer concerns and escalate issues to management when necessary
