About The Position
Boyd Gaming Corporation is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Food and Beverage Server. In this role, you will be responsible for receiving and serving food and beverage orders from guests, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction throughout their dining experience. You will coordinate service for the entire team, manage the timing of meals, and communicate effectively with both guests and the host team to meet special needs and requirements. Your ability to memorize scripted presentations and demonstrate outstanding communication skills will be essential in providing an exceptional dining experience. You will also be responsible for upselling menu items and beverages to enhance guest satisfaction, processing payments, and assisting in the clearing and resetting of tables. This position requires a proactive approach to guest service and a commitment to maintaining the standards of our fine dining environment.
