About The Position

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Front-End Web Developer to join our dynamic team at Team Lyders, a forward-thinking digital agency. In this role, you will leverage modern practices in vanilla HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to craft beautiful, reactive, and fully functional front-ends. You will work on exciting projects for established brands like Taco Bell and innovative new startups, contributing to both existing and new front-end solutions.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in vanilla HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• A portfolio showcasing modern, functional, and visually appealing web front-ends.
• A solid understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first development.
• Basic knowledge of how data flows between front-end and back-end systems (e.g., via APIs, RESTful services).
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with modern frameworks such as React and/or Next.js.
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
• Experience working with established brands or startups.
• Knowledge of performance optimization techniques (e.g., lazy loading, bundling, minification).

Responsibilities

• Design and develop responsive, user-friendly, and visually appealing web front-ends using modern HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Collaborate with designers, back-end developers, and project managers to implement seamless and dynamic user interfaces.
• Optimize front-end code for speed, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and maintain design consistency across platforms.
• Debug and troubleshoot front-end issues and implement necessary fixes.
• Work with APIs and understand data flow between front-end and back-end systems.
• Contribute to the maintenance and enhancement of existing web projects.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest web development trends and best practices.
