We’re looking for an experienced Front-End Web Developer with deep, hands-on expertise in Webflow to own and maintain a high-traffic, enterprise-grade website. This role is ideal for someone who understands that great websites balance performance, SEO, usability, and reliability—and knows how to execute all four in Webflow. You’ll be responsible for day-to-day site management, performance optimization, UX improvements, and technical SEO, with occasional after-hours or weekend support for urgent website issues. The role will be based in Orlando, FL and is an in-office position.

Requirements

  • 3+ years managing a production Webflow website for a mid-size to large organization
  • Proven experience maintaining high-traffic, enterprise-level Webflow sites
  • Strong understanding of Webflow CMS, Editor, and Designer workflows
  • Hands-on experience with: Custom code embeds Responsive design in Webflow CMS-driven templates and dynamic content Webflow hosting and publishing processes
  • Deep knowledge of technical SEO and website performance optimization
  • Strong UX instincts—able to balance design, usability, and speed
  • Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (even when working inside Webflow)
  • Experience debugging layout, performance, or publishing issues under time pressure

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with enterprise marketing sites (security, SaaS, B2B preferred)
  • Familiarity with: Google Lighthouse, PageSpeed Insights, Search Console Analytics tools (GA4, Hotjar, etc.) Webflow localization or multi-language setups
  • Experience collaborating with designers using Figma or similar tools

Responsibilities

  • Own and maintain a large-scale Webflow CMS site used by a global audience
  • Build, update, and optimize pages using Webflow Designer, CMS Collections, and Components
  • Manage and optimize Webflow CMS architecture (Collections, fields, references, conditional visibility)
  • Ensure fast, reliable performance through page load optimization, asset management, and clean structure
  • Implement and maintain technical SEO best practices, including: Page speed optimization (Core Web Vitals) Image optimization and lazy loading Clean URL structures and redirects Schema markup (via custom code) Meta tags, Open Graph, and sitemap management
  • Maintain Webflow interactions and animations with performance in mind
  • Work with custom code embeds (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, HubSpot) to extend Webflow functionality
  • Manage Webflow hosting, publishing, backups, and staging environments
  • Monitor site health, uptime, and performance; quickly troubleshoot and resolve issues
  • Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to improve UX and conversion paths
  • Ensure accessibility, consistency, and usability across devices and browsers
  • Provide occasional after-hours or weekend support for critical site issues, launches, or outages
