Responsibilities

  • Develop responsive websites and front-end components with HTML, CSS, and JS
  • Support existing clients with implementing new products and upgrades
  • Debug front-end issues related to CSS and JS
  • Work within CMS application and code to implement website content
  • Provide and promote the highest level of customer service
  • Continuously seek ways to improve personal, team and business performance
  • Ensure that all relevant information is communicated speedily and accurately in a way that ensures that the information is received and easily understood
  • Ensure that all materials and resources are effectively and efficiently utilized to minimize waste and reduce costs
  • Work with Designers to fully implement website designs into HTML, CSS, and JS
  • Work with Client Services on feasibility of client requests

Requirements

  • BA/BS Degree in Computer Science or related area
  • 3+ years of JavaScript programming experience
  • Experience working with HTML, CSS and SASS across multiple browsers
  • Experience creating responsive websites from designs. Ability to make 'pixel perfect' is a plus
  • Experience working with javascript frameworks/tools (e.g. Vue, jQuery, webpack, etc.)
  • Experience with Git and concepts of version control (e.g. pull requests, merge conflicts)
  • Experience debugging issues related to front-end of websites (e.g. browser-specific style issues, javascript errors)
  • Experience with CMS manipulation to customize for website requirements (e.g. Wordpress, PHP-based CMS)

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with WCAG accessibility requirements is a plus
