We are seeking a talented Front-End Architect to join our dynamic team and help us build robust, scalable, and high-performance web applications. In this position, you will work across our cloud products and our legacy platform to architect our portals using micro-front ends to ensure a seamless integration between the legacy and cloud as well as the experience for the user. You'll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. For all hires in the Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. area, you will be required to work in the office a minimum of four days per week.   • Architect scalable front-end solutions using micro-frontends
  • Lead front-end strategy across legacy and cloud platforms
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align tech and business goals
  • Own, manage, and maintain our Design Pattern Library and UI Toolkit
  • Drive quality, automation, and efficiency in development workflows
  • Evaluate and integrate new tools, frameworks, and technologies
  • Mentor developers and support leadership with technical insights
  • Define and uphold front-end coding standards and best practices
  • Ensure performance, accessibility, and responsiveness of applications
  • Conduct code reviews and enforce code quality
  • Stay current with emerging trends and apply innovative solutions
  • 4+ years of experience in a front end architecture role
  • Experience working in Angular, React, .NET, and Azure
  • Experience with the Stranger Fig pattern and micro front ends
  • Experience with RESTful APIs, web services and microservices architecture
  • Experience leveraging AI tools in the software development lifecycle in order to improve quality and efficiency
  • Understanding and application of Domain-Driven-Design and Event-Driven-Architecture
  • Understanding of SOLID architectural principals
  • Solid understanding of web markup, including HTML5, CSS3
  • Deep understanding of integration technologies, middleware, and protocols
  • Proficient in client-side scripting and JavaScript frameworks
  • US Citizenship
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related field or equivalent 6+ years of experience
  • Experience with other front-end frameworks and libraries
  • Knowledge of cloud-based architecture and microservices
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
  • Proven excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Proven solid communication and teamwork abilities
