To greet, make eye contact and “Thank†each guest that you service. Responsible for delivering a friendly, helpful, easy, and safe shopping experience, that meets our guests’ expectations. Responsible for projecting oneself in a professional manner in accordance with our dress code and personal grooming policy. Responsible for working in a safe manner and for ensuring that the Front End is kept neat and clean at all times in accordance with our policies and procedures. Responsible for assisting Customer Service Team Leader and Assistant Customer Service Team Leader in the supervision and management of Front End activities. Responsible for training and coaching Front End teammates in order to ensure that we are delivering an exceptional shopping experience to our guests. Responsible for maintaining controls and security in accordance with company policies and procedures. (LISA – Look InSide Always / BOB – Bottom of Basket) Performs cash audits and sweeps. Maintains detailed and accurate logs. Responsible for ensuring that all front end merchandising racks (i.e.: cigarettes and candy) have adequate levels of merchandise and are kept neat and clean.  Responsible for communicating new policies or promotional programs to our Front End teammates and guests. Responsible for performing other related duties as assigned by management and adhering to all company policies and procedures.
