The primary responsibility is safely manufacturing a quality product with minimal scrap or rework, while meeting customer specifications. You will also have the opportunity to develop and train employees to meet or exceed company goals while maintaining a positive morale.   Interested?   • responsible for adherence to process control procedures, operating instructions, and all quality control instructions

  • develop and train employees to meet or exceed company goals while maintaining a positive morale
  • Bachelor’s degree Engineering, Science or Manufacturing Technology or 5 or more years of experience, and at least 1 year managing a group in lieu of degree.
  • Advanced written and verbal communication skills.
  • Advanced PC skills and knowledge of ERP Systems.
  • Two to five years’ experience in related production operations with good ability to facilitate team problem solving and communicate both orally and in writing.
  • Knowledge of investment casting process and manufacturing methods, techniques, and equipment
  • Proven ability to deliver on time in full, influencing other departments to support achievement of objectives
  • Experience with world class manufacturing process, and methods, Lean, Kaizen, 6s, TMP (talent management program), and other advance manufacturing methodologies, tools and concepts
