The manager is accountable for the security of safe and change funds, ensuring that all cash, deposits, and pick-ups are properly handled. The position also requires enforcing security policies and procedures for store safes, maintaining good housekeeping on the front end, and ensuring compliance with company dress code policies. The Front End Manager will assist in maintaining proper inventory levels in the customer service area and ensure that all front end associates take their breaks and lunches as scheduled.
