  • Oversee daily cash handling, balancing, reconciliation, and payroll reports.
  • Champion customer service programs to meet or exceed Division goals.
  • Handle customer relations and resolve complaints effectively.
  • Promote personalized service and engage in suggestive selling techniques.
  • Direct and supervise front end activities, ensuring cleanliness and safety.
  • Monitor customer traffic and service levels, coordinating front end programs.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in the Front End.
  • Train front end management and clerks, monitoring their compliance.
  • Responsible for achieving budget goals for labor, cash variation, and supplies.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain composure under pressure.
  • Experience in customer service and handling customer complaints.
  • Knowledge of interviewing techniques and basic employment law.
  • Ability to analyze facts for recommending disciplinary actions and hiring decisions.
  • Understanding of company practices and front end policies and procedures.
  • Basic math skills and knowledge of weights and measures.
  • Experience in retail management or supervisory roles.
  • Familiarity with cash handling procedures and systems.
  • Ability to operate and troubleshoot PCs and check stand equipment.
  • Competitive pay rate of $21.00 per hour.
