Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 3 years relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Valid driver's license with safe driving record.
  • Ability to pass PIT training and OSHA-compliant certification.
  • Strong visual acuity and hazard awareness.

Nice To Haves

  • 1–3 years experience operating heavy equipment.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to use handheld operational devices.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Commitment to high-quality customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct daily pre-trip safety inspections and report or perform minor adjustments.
  • Safely load, unload, rearrange, and maneuver vehicles using front-end loader/forklift.
  • Verify stock numbers using computer screens or handheld devices.
  • Move vehicles to staging, sale lanes, storage, and mechanical/inspection bays.
  • Assist with loading vehicles onto transport trucks.
  • Support lot readiness including repositioning vehicles.
  • Plow snow or perform weather-related cleanup as required.
  • Maintain safe operation and awareness of surroundings.
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
