About The Position

Waste Connections has an immediate opening for a Front Load Driver at our Hauling site in Opa Locka, FL. The position will be responsible for driving a garbage truck on specified routes to collect solid waste and transport it to appropriate disposal sites. Pay Range: $25-29+/hr. DOE

Requirements

• Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
• 2+ years minimum commercial driving experience.
• At least 2 years of stable work history, with your most recent position being a CDL driver
• Able to lift 50+ pounds
• Clean driving record for the last 5 years
• Ability to operate a garbage truck safely and efficiently.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to perform a physically demanding job, including lifting and loading waste.

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities
