About The Position

Position Overview: Under general supervision, performs routine duties including, data processing and record keeping, helps control and maintain maintenance shop parts inventory. Key Responsibilities & Essential Functions Data input in COGZ Maintenance program modules Create, track, and file maintenance work orders Maintain equipment maintenance files (may include multiple locations) Maintain and coordinate maintenance shop parts, supplies and lubrication inventory Create, track, and file purchase orders Back – up purchase of maintenance repair parts and supplies Report monthly inventory cost, usage, and PO totals General Responsibilities Complete other paperwork as assigned Organize and maintain a clean maintenance shop environment At times will be required to assist other Maintenance employees Actively participate in Food Safety and Food Defense related activities Perform additional duties as directed

Requirements

• High school graduate or equivalent
• 2+ years clerical or related experience
• English language proficiency, both written and verbal
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Excellent listening skills and time management skills
• Ability to complete tasks accurately and completely
• Proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to manage multiple projects.
• Strong problem solving skills
• Ability to learn and work with COGZ operating system and functions.
• Ability to identify problems and react appropriately.
• Ability to work alone or on teams
• Attention to detail
• Self-motivated
• Lifting: 30-40LBS
• Bending /Twisting/Standing:10-30 minutes maximum a day
• Sitting – 70%of time

Responsibilities
