ABOUT THE ROLE Reporting to the Sitecore Development Manager, this role will primarily involve hands-on development of front-end solutions in React, Next.js to go hand-in hand with Sitecore XM Cloud and in-depth of understanding of the best practices in developing and enhancing the front-end experience of the websites using Sitecore as a CMS. The Ideal candidate will be charged with front end ownership and strong partnership with Product Owners, Product Designers, Application Development teams, customers, internal Business Partner Management and PMO functions. They will bring expertise in nurturing and growing a high performing team and a track record of success in building and delivering products. They must possess good knowledge in React, Next.js etc., and web application development with a CMS preferably Sitecore. Additionally, being a key team member must follow all the process and standards in a fast-paced agile environment.
