About The Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Front-end Developer (Angular) with an AI first mindset to join our engineering team. This role is ideal for someone who excels in building modern, scalable web applications and is passionate about elevating product capabilities through automation, AI assisted development, and intelligent application design. You will contribute across the full software development lifecycle—from architecture and design to implementation, optimization, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 6 years of professional experience in full-stack development.
• Hands-on proficiency in Angular, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and experience with Java/Spring/Hibernate
• Familiarity with version control systems, preferably Git.
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate in cross functional teams

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of database systems such as MySQL, PostgreSQL will be a plus
• Experience with cloud platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable, high performance web applications using Angular, Java, Spring, and Hibernate.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to implement responsive and user-friendly interfaces.
• Optimize frontend and full stack applications for performance, scalability, and security
• Apply AI first thinking—leveraging automation, AI/ML integrations, and developer productivity tools to enhance application capabilities.
• Research and evaluate emerging technologies, including AI/ML frameworks, developer productivity tools, and modern cloud-native patterns.
• Troubleshoot and resolve software defects, performance issues and bugs.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
