Brunswick’s BI-DesignLab (BIDL or Lab), a member of the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign (UIUC) Research Park (RP), is seeking an intern to work with front-end development. BIDL is one of Brunswick’s advanced engineering centers. The Lab engages in POC style projects to envision the application of new and developing technologies to the recreational marine market. The Lab has been heavily involved in Brunswick’s autonomy, connectivity, and electrification (ACE) efforts, and is currently leading the charge in developing AI products. The Front-End Development Intern will be involved in developing server-side UI for web and mobile applications as well as UI for Multi-Function Displays (MFDs) developed by Brunswick. Front-End team is also responsible for CGI development at the Lab with Unreal Engine and may be expected to learn and work with UIs/HMIs in Unreal.
