Requirements

• Must be working towards Bachelor’s degree in Computer Sciences, Information Technology, or related field.
• Attention to detail, multi-tasking and broad communication skills are essential
• Ideal candidates must be enrolled in an Indiana college or university, legally authorized to work in the U.S., and able to work in person at Ruoff Mortgage Corporate Headquarters in Fort Wayne, Indiana.
• Employment is subject to background and reference checks.

Nice To Haves

• Previous web development training is a plus
• Technical writing skills are a plus
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS (SCSS, Tailwind), Javascript (Vue.JS, Nuxt), PHP, and other similar skills
• Knowledge of Git or source/version control management systems are a plus
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products-Excel, Word, Outlook

Responsibilities

• Assist Front End Development team with supporting all company related digital and electronic communication needs
• Code, test, and troubleshoot programs utilizing appropriate hardware, database, and programming technology
• Improves systems already in place by studying current practices, identifying problems, designing modifications, and writing improved procedures
• Partners with other business groups to ensure accurate content is always on website
• Manage records, logs, and reports of problems and resolutions
• Maintains a professional image and standards consistent with company policies and procedures
• Responsible for a high level of confidentiality and security while handling personal information; verbal and/or written documentation
• Perform other tasks as requested
