About The Position

We are seeking a hardworking Front-end Developer to take our highly innovative creative concepts and build them with creativity and precision. This role focuses on creating beautiful and easy-to-use UIs for various insurance products, ensuring pixel perfection and usability. The position involves building websites, interactive forms, and landing pages, contributing to a growing consumer-facing product team.

Requirements

• Graduate from a 4-year school with a graphic design or computer science degree (or equivalent).
• 1-3 years of experience in front-end development and relevant interactive media.
• Portfolio demonstrating excellent coding principles and problem-solving through visual communication.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and experience working cross-functionally.
• Ability to find creative solutions to technical problems.
• Understanding of business objectives and ability to contribute strategic ideas.
• Interest in analytics associated with creatives produced.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Vue, React, or other JS frameworks.
• Developing in a mobile-first UI perspective.
• Simple CSS animation using Keyframes.
• Experience using automated scripting tools like gulp.

Responsibilities

• Code pages and offer creative usability solutions while adhering to brand and style guidelines.
• Create rapid prototypes for testing products and new concepts.
• Construct designs using HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and other technologies to achieve pixel perfection.
• Maintain web standards and stay updated with new technologies and advertising trends.
• Work on various requests including interactive infographics, microsites, and new interactive form flows.
• Collaborate with internal customers to determine project goals and deliverable timeframes.
