About The Position
The Front End Developer at Virginia Tech will be an integral part of the Digital Platforms team, responsible for creating accessible and functional front-end code for various web properties. This role involves collaboration with designers, stakeholders, and content teams to ensure high-quality digital experiences, particularly for the university's primary website and over 800 additional sites. The developer will utilize their expertise in HTML, SASS, JavaScript, and accessibility standards to maintain mobile-first code within the Adobe Experience Manager CMS, while also engaging in agile development practices.
