Position: Level 3–4 Front-End Engineer. Description: We are seeking a skilled Front-End React Developer with 3–5 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can drive their work from conception to deployment with minimal supervision. This role requires a developer who is not only proficient in React but also passionate about writing clean, maintainable code and delivering exceptional user experiences, particularly when working with large data sets.

Requirements

3–5 years of professional experience in front-end development.
Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+).
Hands-on experience with React.
Experience with state management libraries such as Redux or MobX .
Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles.
Familiarity with modern front-end build tools (e.g., Webpack, Nx, Babel, NPM).
Experience with Git and version control.
Familiarity with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and asynchronous request handling.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently in an agile environment and take ownership of projects.

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of front-end performance optimization techniques.
Experience with AI tools and agentic development.
Experience with TypeScript and SCSS.
Familiarity with Docker , Amazon Web Services (AWS), and CI/CD pipelines.
Experience with modern testing frameworks.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain responsive, user-friendly web applications using React.
Collaborate with product managers and UX designers to implement innovative solutions.
Work closely with backend developers to integrate APIs and ensure seamless data flow.
Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure high-quality code, including writing unit tests.
Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and best practices in front-end development.
Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes and workflows.
Drive projects from initial concept through deployment, ensuring milestones are met on time.
