About The Position

Are you a front-end developer who understands that a marketing website is a revenue asset — not just a design project? Do you care about scalable website architecture, performance, and user experience as much as clean code? Join our team as a Front-End Developer + Web Designer, where you will support the technical foundation and ongoing evolution of RentVision.com — the central marketing hub for all of our campaigns, positioning, and growth initiatives. This is a developer-first role embedded within the Marketing team, with strong influence over web UX best practices and website performance standards. This role partners closely with other members of the Marketing team to ensure the website reflects our brand and visual identity while delivering best-in-class usability, performance, and conversion outcomes.

Requirements

  • Front-end development proficiency: Strong working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive development principles is required to ensure scalable, maintainable builds throughout our Hubspot environment.
  • Performance optimization experience: Experience improving page speed, accessibility standards, and overall website performance is required as performance impacts SEO & AEO/GEO rankings and conversions.
  • Design system contribution: Experience contributing to a reusable component- or module-based design/dev system.
  • Figma proficiency: Experience using Figma for web layout reviews, component collaboration, and translating design files into production-ready builds.

Nice To Haves

  • CMS development experience: Experience building modules, themes, and templates within HubSpot or similar CMS is strongly preferred.
  • CRM-driven personalization: Experience implementing smart content, dynamic modules, or personalization is valued.
  • Analytics foundations: Familiarity with GA4, HubSpot reporting, and conversion tracking setup is a plus.
  • Paid media collaboration: Experience working alongside paid media teams to improve landing page performance is beneficial.
  • API integration experience: Experience integrating third-party APIs into website environments to support marketing tools, automation, and data workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain web infrastructure: Design, develop, and maintain scalable website & email themes, templates, and drag-and-drop modules that support marketing campaigns, product positioning, and sales enablement initiatives.
  • Optimize website performance and technical SEO: Improve page speed, Core Web Vitals, accessibility compliance, mobile responsiveness, and technical SEO structure to strengthen organic visibility and conversion performance.
  • Support conversion rate optimization efforts: Assist in implementing A/B tests, refining webpage structures, and improving user flows to increase demo conversions and campaign effectiveness.
  • Drive web UX standards and collaborate on design systems: Own web-specific UX standards, interaction patterns, and layout systems in alignment with brand direction, while continuously building design/dev systems that support consistency, performance, and usability.
  • Support integrated marketing and cross-team initiatives: Collaborate closely with Marketing team members to translate strategy into high-performing web experiences, while also partnering cross-functionally with Sales, Client Success, and Product on broader company initiatives.
