About The Position

We're seeking a mid-career Front-End Design Engineer with a strong emphasis on high-fidelity design implementation. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in collaborative environments and has experience working closely with designers and product leads. As a Front-End Design Engineer, you will contribute to short-term, project-based initiatives with limited scope, while preparing for long-term strategic ownership. Support the goal of achieving feature parity across platforms. Work alongside a tech lead, product lead, and designer. Engineering leadership is provided by the Head of Engineering, a key strategic partner

Requirements

• 3-7 years of experience in front-end development and design integration
• Proficient in CSS, design libraries, and frameworks (e.g., Tailwind CSS, React)
• Comfortable navigating Figma, component libraries, and design tokens
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, especially with design and product stakeholders

Nice To Haves

• Experience in creative agency environments is a plus

Responsibilities

• Translate Figma files and design tokens into pixel-perfect front-end implementations
• Build and maintain component libraries using modern frameworks like React and Tailwind CSS
• Collaborate with design and product teams to ensure visual and functional consistency
