About The Position

The Front End/Dept Leader at Ralphs is responsible for creating an outstanding customer experience by embracing a customer-first strategy. This role involves supervising the front-end department, achieving sales and profit goals, and ensuring a safe and clean environment for customers. The leader will drive performance, monitor quality assurance standards, and uphold the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.

Requirements
