About The Position

The Front End/Dept Leader is responsible for embracing the Customer 1st strategy to create an outstanding customer experience through exceptional service. This role involves establishing and maintaining a safe and clean environment, achieving Front-end performance goals and best practices, and driving the department in reaching sales and profit goals while monitoring quality assurance standards. The leader will direct and supervise all functions, duties, and activities for the Front-end department, ensuring the execution of best practices, goals, and established standards. They are also expected to demonstrate the company’s core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety. Responsibilities
