This role involves establishing and maintaining a safe and clean environment, achieving Front-end performance goals and best practices, and driving the department in reaching sales and profit goals while monitoring quality assurance standards. The leader will direct and supervise all functions, duties, and activities for the Front-end department, ensuring the execution of best practices, goals, and established standards.
