About The Position
The position involves team leadership, operational excellence, and continuous improvement within the store environment. The individual will be responsible for assigning team members to activities, ensuring staff coverage meets customer demands, and redeploying when necessary to support needs throughout the department. Daily engagement with the team is essential to understand challenges and provide timely feedback and performance coaching. The role also includes fostering an environment of associate growth and development, ensuring associates are confident and competent in their roles. Additionally, the individual will monitor operational performance metrics, respond to unexpected events, and maintain a focus on safety and security within the store.
