About The Position
The Front-End Department Coordinator at TJ Maxx is responsible for promoting an excellent customer experience while overseeing a team of Associates at the front of the store. This role involves engaging with customers, maintaining store organization, and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures. The Coordinator leads by example, trains and mentors Associates, and plays a key role in promoting loyalty programs and enhancing customer satisfaction.
