About The Position

The Front End/Courtesy Clerk is responsible for creating an outstanding customer experience through exceptional service and maintaining a safe and clean environment to encourage customer returns. This role also involves demonstrating the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety. Fred Meyer, based in Portland, Oregon, merged with The Kroger Company in 1998 and now serves customers in over 120 stores across Oregon, Washington, Idaho, and Alaska. As part of the Kroger family, the company aims to bring diverse teams together with a passion for food and people to "Feed the Human Spirit."
