About The Position

The position involves leading and developing teams effectively by teaching, training, and actively listening to associates. Requirements

  • 2 years of college; OR 1 year of retail experience and 1 year of supervisory experience; OR 2 years of general work experience and 1 year of supervisory experience.
  • Successful completion of a firearms-specific Criminal Background Check and Firearms Authorized Training for facilities that sell firearms.
  • Current state issued Certificate of Eligibility for facilities that sell only ammunition and have state specific requirements.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
