This position is responsible for creating an outstanding customer experience through exceptional service and maintaining a safe and clean environment. The role involves assisting the department manager in achieving sales and profit goals, monitoring quality assurance standards, and directing and supervising all functions, duties, and activities for the Front-end department. It also includes supporting day-to-day Front-end operations and assisting with the execution of best practices, goals, and standards.
