The Front-End Assistant – Retail operations & marketing support is a key home-office position responsible for supporting point-of-sale operations, front-end merchandising execution, marketing coordination, reporting, and retail process improvement across all HomeTown Pharmacy locations. This role serves as a daily support partner to the Front-End department by helping maintain accurate inventory systems, execute promotions, running sale reports, assist with buying workflows, support marketing initiatives, and ensure stores receive consistent, timely operational assistance. This teammate must enjoy working in a fast-paced retail environment, providing exceptional support to both store teams and corporate leadership, and contributing directly to the growth and sustainability of HomeTown Pharmacy.
