Requirements

  • BS in Software Engineering, Computer Science or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in front-end development and UI/UX design
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Angular (Angular 8+)
  • Strong proficiency in TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, SCSS
  • Proven experience designing scalable front-end systems and user-centered interfaces
  • Strong knowledge of UX principles, interaction design, and visual design standards
  • Hands-on experience with version control software.
  • Knowledge of common software design patterns and experience applying them effectively in applicable scenarios.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, demonstrating the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • 20% travel

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in Warehouse Management Software (optional).
  • Experience in Agile development (optional).

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with our team of software engineers to gain in-depth knowledge of our product and how our customers use it to gain efficiency in warehouses, distribution centers, and manufacturing facilities.
  • Define and own the front-end architecture for enterprise-scale Angular applications
  • Establish coding standards, design patterns, and best practices for front-end development
  • Design and maintain reusable UI components, shared libraries, and design systems
  • Lead technical decisions around Angular frameworks, tooling, and performance optimization
  • Ensure applications meet scalability, security, accessibility, and performance standards
  • Collaborate with backend architects to ensure clean API contracts and integration
  • Conduct architecture reviews, code reviews, and technical mentoring for development teams
  • Help define and drive the UI/UX vision and strategy across products and platforms
  • Ensure consistent visual design, interaction patterns, and usability standards
  • Champion accessibility (WCAG), usability testing, and inclusive design practices
  • Collaborate closely with product managers and stakeholders to align the UI with business goals
  • Use data, user research, and feedback to continuously improve user experience
