The Front End Ambassador is responsible for delivering friendly customer service, assisting customers with their shopping needs, and ensuring a fast and friendly checkout experience. This role involves handling cash, promoting the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards, and educating customers on the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey. Additionally, the ambassador will assist with omnichannel processes like Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS). Key operational duties include participating in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram (POG) processes, completing merchandise recovery and maintenance, performing Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties, and supporting shrink and safety programs. The position requires adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and company policies, maintaining a positive and respectful demeanor, and serving as a role model for other Team Members. Cross-training in Custom Framing selling and production is also part of the role.
